Having trained in Seoul, Korea, I have 15+ years experience with private celebrity clients and have traveled the world, doing bodywork and intuitive spiritual healing.
My goal is to release tension and blocks from your body so you can perform at your optimum level, giving you energy and balance to live your life to the fullest.
I employ intuitive healing massage combined with traditional techniques, soundbath, crystal and aromatherapy.
My hands will be hot most of the time during the massage/bodywork session as energy is being transferred. It is a part of the healing process. You may also see light/colors and experience energy moving through your body.
Healing crystals, an alternative medical technique, will tap into the body's natural healing energy and be used during the session. Also, sound bath and ocean drum will clear your energy, as well as, align your chakra.

What to expect
I meet with clients, discuss issues, determine best crystals, scents, sounds and tailor healing session.
Beyond massage technique,
I will be using SoundBathBowl and Ocean Drum which will release stress and anxiety, improve sleep, clarity and productivity. Crystals picked by Sophia may be positioned on your body or in your hands.
What you may experience,
You may feel heat or tingle from my hands or see the light/ color, as energy is being transferred. It is a part of the healing process I employ for body work.
Post massage,
